Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the basic rules for responsible use of BLAST TXT. It applies to all users, accounts, campaigns and communications sent through the Services.
1. Acceptable Use
Use BLAST TXT only for lawful, legitimate business or organizational communications and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Services for spam, fraud, phishing, impersonation, unlawful promotions, malicious activity, harassment, or communications that are deceptive, hateful, discriminatory or otherwise prohibited by law.
3. Recipient Consent
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary permission or other lawful basis to contact recipients, particularly for marketing communications.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts or campaigns where necessary to protect users, recipients, networks or the BLAST TXT platform.
