This Opt-Out Policy explains how recipients can stop receiving non-essential or marketing communications sent through BLAST TXT. We respect recipient preferences and expect customers using our platform to honor valid opt-out requests.
1. How to Opt Out
If you no longer wish to receive marketing SMS, emails, calls or other promotional communications, use the unsubscribe instructions included in the communication where available, or submit the form on this page.

2. Customer Responsibility
Customers using BLAST TXT are responsible for maintaining appropriate consent and suppression/opt-out lists and must not continue sending marketing communications to recipients who have validly opted out.
3. Service Messages
Opting out of marketing communications does not necessarily stop essential account, security, transaction or service-related messages.
4. Processing Requests
We will take reasonable steps to process opt-out requests promptly. Some requests may require verification to protect against unauthorized changes.
